Yannick Levy, CEO
Yannick Lévy received his engineering degree from the Ecole Supérieure d'Electricité, Paris, France in 1991 and a Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering from the University of Notre Dame, Notre Dame, IN, USA, in 1994.
Upon his return to France, he joined the R&D group of Sagem in Paris. He worked on several projects, such as the design of professional digital equipment for digital TV broadcasting and interactive modems, over cable and satellite TV distribution networks. During the emergence of the new digital age for TV broadcasting, Dr. Lévy played an active role in the Digital Video Broadcasting (DVB) where he chaired the group dealing with the definition of interactivity over cable TV networks.
After several years at Sagem, he joined for a short stint Société Européenne des Satellites (SES), where he developed in partnership with the European Space Agency a unified specification for a Satellite Interactive Terminal. Then, he joined Atmel Corporation where he became the Manager of a design and marketing team created in Paris by himself and other engineers from Sagem, and produced a complete Digital QAM Receiver Circuit which was integrated in advanced Cable Set Top Boxes.
After starting DiBcom as a founder in June 2000, Dr. Lévy has been acting as Chief Executive Officer. DiBcom has now become the Worldwide leader in Mobile TV by offering the most advanced solutions for digital TV reception in Cars, Notebooks PCs, MediaPlayers and Handsets. With more than 60M euros raised, DiBcom has been one of the largest Venture Capital backed company in Europe.

Khaled Maalej, CTO
Khaled Maalej received his engineering degree from the Ecole Polytechnique, Palaiseau, France, and an advanced degree in Telecommunication from the Ecole Supérieure des Télécommunications in Paris. He has been working for SAT/Sagem for five years in the Signal Processing Group where he co-developed several integrated circuits and optimization code for QPSK receivers over satellite and QAM receivers over Cable Networks. He participated in the design of the first QAM digital demodulatorfor DVB-C receivers. Khaled was project leader for an ADSL/HDSL modem as well as a Cable Digital TV Set Top Box. Later, he led the development of an integrated circuit for a two way interactive system over Cable, including QPSK demodulation, QPSK burst modulation, ATM, Ethernet, and MPEG2-TS interface. Most recent, he acted as Technical Manager of the broadband communication business unit within Atmel Corporation, and participated in the design of a 1024-QAM demodulator in which he concentrated on the carrier synchronization and equalization. Khaled is presently acting Chief Technical Officer and General Manager at DiBcom. |

Philippe Bringuier, VP and CFO
Philippe Bringuier, 43, is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) in France and a graduate from the University of Grenoble in Economics and the Bordeaux Business School. He brings to DiBcom 18 years of financial management, merger and acquisition experience with high-technology and high growth companies, as well as expertise in initial public offering and internationally listed companies. Prior to joining DiBcom, he was the CFO of MEMSCAP. Previously, he worked at KPMG, a leading worldwide audit and advisory firm, in France and the US for 15 years. During this tenure, Bringuier was an auditor and assisted with a wide range of private and public companies in different operations, including IPOs, acquisitions, implementing reporting and internal controls, implementing restructuring and aggressive growth strategies.He was also a trainer for a number of seminars and conferences, including the implementation of US General Accepted Accounting Practices (GAAP) and International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS). Bringuier also managed a team of auditors for 7 years. |

Stuart Pekowsky, VP Strategic Partnerships
Stuart Pekowsky holds a BS Biology/Computer Science degree from SUNY Albany, a BSEE from Arizona State University and MSEE from New York Polytechnic University. He has been both a hardware and software developer for the development of such diverse projects as Air Combat Maneuvering Systems, Real-Time Stock Market Information Systems, GSM Telephone Handset and Switching Systems and DVB Playout and Receiver Systems. He was Department Manager at Betaresearch GmbH for the development of set-top box system software, application software and data broadcasting services. In 2000, he co-founded Plain Digital AB. He is currently VP Strategic Partnerships for DiBcom. |

David Dorval, VP Operations
David has joined DiBcom in January 2002 as VP Operations. Before joining DiBcom, David spent 6 years in Texas Instruments and held various positions in the test and product engineering group for wireless products. David holds a PhD in Physics from France Telecom Research Group / Rennes University and a DESS/DEA in microelectronics from Rennes University. |
